- The great 2008 comic series "Screamland" will be returning as an ongoing with a special free online #0 issue. This is very pleasing news.
- Avatar comics, the publisher behind some Warren Ellis comics I love, Crossed, and other fun works is going to use a different distributor for its books than Diamond Comics. Note that their comics in store will still of course be distributed by Diamond, but bookstores? That's Harper Collins, Simon & Schuster, and BOOM!
- People who rip-off artists are jerks.
- There will be a Spider-Man event where a bunch of people in Manhattan develop his abilities and mayor Jonah Jameson (wait...he's mayor? I really don't follow Spider-Man comics) will quarantine the island. Sounds slightly interesting.
- Warren Ellis and Michael Avon Oeming will be doing a comic about an lady astronaut. Other than that we know nothing. That's a good team, however.
- Not so much news as it is hilarious, Comics Alliance breaks down other DC Dictionary entries that should be made in-continuity.
