Tech companies keep trying to push headsets that offer virtual reality or augmented reality. Advertised as possibly helping with productivity, they keep getting promoted as great for games as well. Even Apple launched such a devcie and while it seems better than some options (and horrifically expensive), I still don't want a Vision Pro any more or less than a Metaquest, Oculus, VIVE, or whatever--I have zero desire for any of them. I just have never really been into VR/AR headsets/glasses/whatever. They seem unwieldy, uncomfortable to an immense degree, and otherwise more of a hassle than a benefit. I believe I have said before that if VR gets to the point where we can be on a holodeck like, "Star Trek," and not have to wear any big devices on our noggin then I will give it a try. Otherwise, companies need to quit pushing VR/AR headsets, please!
