I try to keep-up with slang. As I had jobs that involved working with younger people at times before Clarkson was born I was pretty good at understanding what kids a generation younger than me (GenZ or whatever we call them) were saying. However, now we've also got something called Generation Alpha and I have no clue what half the stuff they're talking about is. It took me months to learn about, "Gyat," or, "Rizz," and this whole, "Skibidi Toilet Ohio," or whatever thing still confounds me. I thought my generation had some wild slang back in the day with how we added, "Izzle," to everything or did, "Humblebrags," and called people, "Basic." Now, however, the English language has only gotten stranger with two generations after me twisting and turning words/phrases all about. I'm clearly getting old, and 2024 illustrated that further, no cap. I used that correctly, I think?
